Participants will need to register for the Symposium using the electronic registration form.

Payment
You can pay by credit card or by invoice. All payment must be made in Norwegian kroner. If you pay by invoice please mark the payment with the participant’s name and registration number written on the invoice. Your participation will be confirmed by email as soon as your payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation
All cancellations regarding your participation at the symposium or your hotel stay must be made in writing or by mail to:

We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Refund of the registration fee will be made on the following terms:

Until 15 March 75 %
Between 15 March – 26 March 50%
After 26 March No refund

We recommend early registration as we cannot guarantee room availability after 1 April. We cannot guarantee participation in the Symposium after 10 April.
